Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between SpeedUP Marketing (“Agency”, “we”, “us”) and the client (“Client”, “you”).
By accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding contract with SpeedUP Marketing and agree to take full legal responsibility for your obligations.
2. Contract Acceptance
The contract becomes valid and effective when the Client:
accepts these Terms digitally;
signs the agreement electronically; or
confirms in writing (via email or an authorised digital platform) the intention to proceed.
From that moment, both parties are legally bound.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
the Client is legally responsible for their business activities, decisions, content, and results;
the Client must fulfil their role by providing accurate information, materials, access credentials, and timely feedback;
failure to meet these responsibilities may negatively impact service performance.
Agency Responsibilities
SpeedUP Marketing:
provides digital marketing services and consultancy using reasonable skill and care;
offers support only if the Client fulfils their obligations and role;
does not replace the Client in legal, operational, or strategic decision-making.
4. Services Provided
SpeedUP Marketing offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
online advertising campaign management;
digital marketing consultancy;
online growth strategies;
branding and communication services;
any additional services listed on the official website.

5. Pricing and Variations
Service prices may vary over time.
The Client will always be notified in advance before any service activation or price change.
No service will be activated, modified, or renewed without the Client’s explicit approval.
6. Service Activation and Deactivation
The activation and deactivation of services is entirely at the Client’s discretion.
The Client may request suspension or termination of services according to the agreed procedures.
7. Contract Duration and Extension
The contract duration will be specified in the individual service agreement.
The Client may request a contract extension, subject to mutual agreement.
8. Reporting, Data and Communication
SpeedUP Marketing commits to:
providing reports, data, and updates in a consistent, timely, and transparent manner;
respecting all agreed timelines.
All official communications will be conducted via email, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. No Guarantee of Results
The Client acknowledges that:
no specific results are guaranteed, including but not limited to revenue, leads, sales, or rankings;
results depend on multiple external factors and the Client’s level of collaboration.
Certain services may be based on percentage-based (%) performance, which is also influenced by the Client’s actions and decisions.
10. GDPR and Data Protection Compliance
The SpeedUP Marketing website and services comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SpeedUP Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities;
the Agency’s liability is limited to the value of the services actually provided.
12. Communications
All legal and operational communications between the parties shall take place via:
the Client’s designated email address; and
any agreed digital communication platforms.
13. Amendments to the Terms
SpeedUP Marketing reserves the right to update or amend these Terms.
Any changes will be communicated and will only take effect once accepted by the Client.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
